If you aren't close enough to get together with me for measuring and fitting, you'll have to do it yourself. You can get a tape measure very inexpensively, and it will be worth it in the end. Here's what I need to know:
Head circumference: Measure straight around your head, above your ears. ____________ inches.
Arm length: Measure from your neck to your wrist bone, unless you want the sleeve shorter or longer. ________________ inches.
Chest: Measure around your chest, under the arms. __________________ inches.
Tunic length: Measure from the top of your shoulder to the length you want the tunic, or measure a tunic you already have and like the length of. _____________________ inches.
Sleeve width: Close your hand into a fist and measure around it. That will be the minimum width of the sleeve, depending on the sleeve type you choose. __________________ inches.
Waist: Measure at the point you want your pants waist to be. __________________ inches.
Inseam: This is easiest to measure by measuring the inseam of a pair of pants/jeans of the length you want. ________________ inches.
Side seam: Again, measure the outside seam of a pair of pants/jeans you like from waist to hem. _______________ inches.
